Explore the
McGill Method Framework

We removed the guesswork.  The McGill Method is a patient-centered, evidence-based, process used to identify what reliably triggers your symptoms and then replace them with strategies that help you move forward with confidence.

How we assess

First we listen to your story to understand what makes your symptoms unique. Then we perform a structured evaluation to identify the specific postures, movements, loads, and daily tasks that trigger your symptoms. Then we devise a treatment plan that includes strategies to reducing your symptoms  when they flare without the need for more medications and coach you how to prevent your triggers from occurring in the first place.

MRI INTEGRATION

After we  perform a proper physical examination, we throughly review your MRI images and report. The purpose of this step is to match the MRI to your exam results so that decisions are specific
and focused.

Leg Pain

This is where precision matters. When symptoms travel into the leg, or foot, the rules of engagement may change. Here’s how we separate the "nerve noise" and zero-in on the problem to reduce irritation and pace your progress, safely.

How we progress

Based on Stuart McGill’s 5-Stage Back Training Program, you earn progress through achieving clear milestones: calm symptoms, restore pain-free movement, rebuild stability and endurance, then return to strength, speed, and performance, when you’re ready.
