Coaching Services

Our coaching services are space-limited to ensure high support and individualized programming. Every plan starts with identifying your specific pain triggers—then building a repeatable path back to confident movement and activity.

 

Rates are not listed publicly while our 2.0 update is in progress.

Current rates and scheduling requirements are provided after you submit the appointment request.

Low Back Pain Coaching (8-week)

A structured, assessment-led program for people who want a clear plan—and the coaching support to execute it.

​

Program Goals and Objectives:​

  • Identify the specific movements, postures, and loading strategies that provoke symptoms

  • Remove triggers to reduce sensitivity and support natural healing

  • Establish predictable daily movement (less “surprise pain”)

  • Build capacity for walking, training, work demands, and life tasks—without flare cycles

 

This plan includes:

  • The 3-hour McGill Method low back pain assessment

  • Full-detail examination report* + individualized plan

  • 90-minute post-assessment follow-up (in-person or virtual)

  • 8 weeks of coaching support includes: 

    • Bi-weekly 30-min coaching sessions (Zoom / FaceTime)

    • Bi-weekly review of logs + progression updates

    • Email/text support Monday–Friday

    • Plan revisions as needed based on your response​​

Additional Monthly Support 

For existing students who have already completed the initial assessment and need continued support to solidify results.

 

Includes:

  • Monday–Friday support

  • Emails typically answered within 24 hours (business days)

  • Bi-weekly progress review + progression updates

  • Plan revisions based on tolerance and response

  • Phone contact as needed

  • 30-day support window

Private Coaching / Consulting Session (for existing students only)

In-person or remote coaching for students who have completed the assessment and want targeted technique work, progression decisions, or troubleshooting.

  • Flare troubleshooting / pattern reset

  • Technique coaching (hinge, squat, gym return)

  • Walking progression + tolerances

  • Travel/workstation strategy

  • Exercise progressions

Scheduling + Policies

Because appointment times are limited, scheduling requires a non-refundable deposit to reserve your assessment or session. Remaining balances and all policy details are provided during scheduling.

 

Cancellation policy: To reschedule without being charged in full, you must cancel by 11:00 AM three (3) business days prior to your appointment. Cancellations after the deadline are billed at the full rate.

Pain to Performance provides coaching and education related to movement quality, spine and joint load management, exercise progressions, and lifestyle habits that influence mechanical pain sensitivity (e.g., activity pacing, sleep, recovery, and stress-aware movement choices).

 

Brent Morehouse is a McGill Method Certified Practitioner (MMCP) and applies an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to mechanical assessment and coaching, but is not a licensed medical provider.

 

Pain to Performance does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, provide medical treatment, or replace the care of a physician, physical therapist, or other licensed clinician.

 

Any discussion of imaging or medical records is for educational context and to support communication with your licensed providers. If symptoms suggest a medical emergency or require medical evaluation, you should contact your physician or seek urgent/emergency care.
