Back Fitness & Performance Coaching

The Transition

$1,400 / $440

The Transition is the bridge between clinical back pain recovery and back-fitness  training. Designed to rebuild strength and capacity while maintaining the movement standards that keep your back quiet.

Includes:

  • 90 to 120 min in-person high-touch performance assessment (far more clinical and rigorous than a standard gym evaluation)

  • Training plan design

  • 4 X 45-min technique sessions

  • 8 weeks app-based coaching with weekly plan adjustments (slower cadence than pain-phase)

Best for: Those who have stabilized symptoms and can tolerate day-to-day life without surprise flare-ups, a desire to return to strength training, conditioning, tactical readiness, or sport.

Not for: Those who are currently in a volatile flare cycle, unable to find a repeatable baseline, and/or need an initial mechanical assessment to identify triggers/reducers first.

Outcome: A structured return to strength—built around your back history—with progression rules that let you train hard without gambling on your spine.
