The Blueprint + 8 Weeks Coaching

The Architect
$3,750

Everything in The Blueprint, plus 8 weeks of coaching to ensure the plan is executed correctly, adjusted to your tolerance, and progressed without gambling on your back.

Includes:

  • Everything in The Blueprint

  • 4 pre-scheduled ZOOM check-ins.

  • Technique (video) Review

  • Plan revisions across the 8 weeks, front-loaded when symptoms are volatile

  • Weekly plan adjustments during stabilization when symptoms are volatile (clinician-directed, then tapered as the pattern becomes predictable)

  • Mon–Fri support

  • Progression decisions based on symptom response, tolerance, and movement quality

Best for: People who want accountability, quicker troubleshooting, and a guided path from “hot” to stable and building.

Outcome: Less guesswork. Cleaner execution. Faster stabilization. More durable progress.

Check-in & Revision Policy: Tuesday and Friday Review window. Unscheduled requests outside the review windows are handled at the next scheduled review unless you’re in a defined flare protocol. Plan revisions are front-loaded and adjusted to your presentation—weekly during stabilization, then tapered as your pattern becomes predictable.

Back Fitness & Performance Coaching

The Transition

$1,400 / $440

The Transition is the bridge between clinical back pain recovery and back-fitness  training. Designed to rebuild strength and capacity while maintaining the movement standards that keep your back quiet.

Includes:

  • 90 to 120 min in-person high-touch performance assessment (far more clinical and rigorous than a standard gym evaluation)

  • Training plan design

  • 4 X 45-min technique sessions

  • 8 weeks app-based coaching with weekly plan adjustments (slower cadence than pain-phase)

Best for: Those who have stabilized symptoms and can tolerate day-to-day life without surprise flare-ups, a desire to return to strength training, conditioning, tactical readiness, or sport.

Not for: Those who are currently in a volatile flare cycle, unable to find a repeatable baseline, and/or need an initial mechanical assessment to identify triggers/reducers first.

Outcome: A structured return to strength—built around your back history—with progression rules that let you train hard without gambling on your spine.
