If you’re tired of trying things and hoping your back cooperates, this is for you.
 

This is a structured path to get control of your pain, calm it down, rebuild your functional capacity, and return to life without living in fear of the next flare-up.

You will do well here if you want clarity and control 

This is not about “being tough” or “pushing through the pain.” It’s about identifying what stirs things up and what reliably settles them down. It's about finding consistency each and every day.  

  • You will learn how to protect yourself so symptoms stop hijacking your quality of life.
     

  • And if you experience symptoms you'll know exactly what to do to bring relief.
     

  • We work together to build predictable outcomes and repeatable wins you can trust.
     

  • We aim for durable improvement, not temporary relief.

This is for you if...

  1. Your low back pain and/or leg symptoms keep “coming back” and you’re sick of the flare-up cycle.
     

  2. You’ve tried PT, stretching, rest, injections, YouTube… Dr. Google and AI, and nothing has stuck.
     

  3. You’re constantly burdened over the simple things: sitting, driving, training, travel, and sleep and the mounting stress is adding up. 
     

  4. You want to understand your triggers and your reducers so progress is reliable and repeatable.
     

  5. You’re ready to be a student of your own back and build capacity step-by-step.
     

  6. You’ve read Back Mechanic and want an evaluation, or want to walk through the book with me and apply it to your specific situation.

  1. You’re looking for a quick fix, a one-time reset, or the next “hack,” or 
     

  2. You want random exercises without structure, tracking, or accountability.
     

  3. You aren’t ready to change the daily habits that keep "picking the scab."
     

  4. You’re not willing to put in the time: reading Back Mechanic, tracking patterns, and practicing the basics consistently
