McGill Method Assessment + Report + Plan + Follow-up
The Blue Print

A comprehensive in-person McGill Method Assessment for Mechanical Low Back pain, that identifies your specific trigger pattern, matches to your MRI images, confirms reducing strategies, and delivers a plan you can execute immediately.
Includes:

3-hour in-person assessment (East Syracuse)

45-min Plan & Education Teleconference (confirms you understand both the reports and plan)

Best for: Students who want the assessment, the roadmap, and the foundational implementation, but do not want ongoing coaching.
Outcome: You leave with a plan to reduce symptoms, avoid flare cycles, and build capacity with clear instructions and progression benchmarks.

The Blueprint + 8 Weeks Guided Rehabilitation Coaching

Everything in The Blueprint, plus 8 weeks of coaching to ensure the plan is executed correctly, adjusted to your tolerance, and progressed without gambling on your back flaring up.

Check-in & Revision Policy: Tuesday and Friday Review window. Unscheduled requests outside the review windows are handled at the next scheduled review unless you’re in a defined flare protocol. Plan revisions are front-loaded and adjusted to your presentation—weekly during stabilization, then tapered as your pattern becomes predictable.​

Support Add-on's
For students (patients) who want additional structure after the assessment, need more coaching time, or want a focused checkpoint to confirm progress and refine the plan.

Log requirement: Please bring 4 weeks of logs (simple, structured; doesn’t need to be perfect). If no logs, we will use a structured questionnaire + shorter tracking period first.
4-Week Coaching Extension (post-program)

For students who have worked with Brent in the past and need a reset—whether symptoms returned, things drifted, or the your familiar pain pattern changed.
Eligibility: Prior students who completed a full assessment within the last 12 months.
