Low Back Pain
Assessment, Education & Coaching

A structured, evidence-based, non-medical approach
for mechanically-driven low back pain.

If this is you.

You want to get back to normal life without the setbacks.

You want a clear understanding of what helps, and how to build-back safely.

You want to return to training with repeatable success. Not random good days and bad days.

You want to explore every reasonable step before taking more drastic measures.

You want a plan that helps you move forward—without gambling on your back.

Then you’ve come to the right place!

Their Success

Here’s what students say after the cause becomes clear.

MB, NY

“I had back pain for a solid 6 years. Brent was extremely thorough — an order of magnitude more than any practitioner that I have ever worked with.”

What makes this different?

We slow things down and listen. We identify the specific triggers that keep your symptoms coming back, then we build your way out.

Assess

We map your symptom behavior, test what you tolerate, and identify the specific triggers that reliably bring symptoms on.

Reduce

We remove the pain triggers, build spine-sparing habits into daily movement (how you sit, bend, and lift), and establish a baseline you can execute consistently without flare-ups.

Rebuild

You progress through earned milestones — capacity, endurance, and strength — until normal life and training are reliable again.

You don't leave with advice. You leave with a plan

The goal is predictability.

Less sensitivity. Fewer flare-ups. More capacity. Built deliberately.

  • A clear map of your triggers (positions, motions, loading strategies)

  • Symptom reducing strategies that calm symptoms (often within minutes)

  • Establish your current tolerance baseline (what you can do without payback)

  • A personalized starting point to build capacity safely without fear of a flare-up.

  • Structured rules for daily movement, walking, and training decisions

  • A follow-up option so progress doesn’t stall after the first win

Who We Treat

Brent works with long-standing low back pain and leg symptoms (hip/leg/foot), including cases where leg symptoms exist without significant back pain. Many arrive after medically managed care hasn’t delivered durable change, and we help them rebuild function using an evidence-informed mechanical approach. This work focuses on finding the root cause to what’s keeping symptoms active, removing the cause, and building a plan that holds up.

Common profiles include:

  • Recurring flare-ups and setbacks (progress that doesn’t hold)

  • “Failed” conservative care (PT, Chiro, injections) or surgery without durable improvement

  • Imaging confusion (“normal” MRI, scary MRI, or findings that don’t led to successful treatment)

  • Post-surgical cases needing long-term protection and rebuilding

Results
that actually matter.
