Low Back Pain
Assessment, Education & Coaching

A structured, evidence-based approach
for mechanically-driven low back pain.

If this is you...

You want to get back to work, life or training without constant setbacks.

You went to “Dr. Google” or AI for answers, got that "no fluff" explanation with exercises… but nothing changed long-term.

You’ve tried to piece together a plan from free/low-cost sources, but the missing piece was a true assessment of your triggers.

You've tried multiple approaches from physical therapy, and chiropractic to acupuncture and injections, and more but nothing has delivered relief.

You may have been told that you have a "slipped disc," "stenosis," a "bad back," a "pinched nerve," or "degenerative disc disease," and that you need to be careful and "just live with it."

Then you’ve come to the right place!

Their Success

Here’s what students say after the cause becomes clear.

MB, NY

“I had back pain for a solid 6 years. Brent was extremely thorough — an order of magnitude more than any practitioner that I have ever worked with.”

What makes this different?

First, we slow things down and listen to your story to get an understanding

of what makes your back pain unique.

Assess

Then, we assess to identify  the specific motions, postures and loads that reliably trigger your symptoms and keep them  coming back.

Reduce

We then create a treatment plan that eliminates your pain triggers, incorporates spine-friendly habits into your daily movements (such as sitting, bending, and lifting), and establishes a corrective exercise plan you can follow without experiencing flare-ups.

Rebuild

You progress through earned milestones such as better symptom control, fewer flare-ups, and steadily expanding your daily capacity (walking, sitting, daily tasks) before layering endurance and strength.

You don't leave with advice. You leave with a plan

The goal of this plan is predictability

Less pain. Fewer flare-ups. More capacity to do the things you love to do.

Your personalized treatment plan includes:

  • A clear explanation of the positions, motions, and loading that trigger your pain.

  • Strategies that reduce  your symptoms  (often within minutes)

  • A corrective exercise plan to build capacity safely without fear of a flare-up.

  • Clearly defined rules for daily life, movement, walking, and training to prevent your symptoms from returning.

  • A follow-up option so progress doesn’t stall.

Who We Treat

Brent works with people with long-standing low back pain, including cases where leg symptoms exist with or without significant back pain. Many arrive after standard care hasn’t delivered durable change. This work focuses on finding the root cause to what’s keeping symptoms active, then removing the cause, and building a plan that holds up.

Common profiles include:

  • Recurring flare-ups and setbacks (progress that doesn’t hold)

  • “Failed” conservative care (PT, Chiro, injections) or surgery without durable improvement

  • Imaging confusion (“normal” MRI, scary MRI, or findings that don’t led to successful treatment)

  • Post-surgical cases needing long-term protection and rebuilding

Results
that actually matter.
