Who This Service Is—and Is Not—For

Is this the right fit for you?

You will do well here if you want more clarity and control over what's maintaining your symptoms. However, the goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you understand the problem, manage it more effectively, and regain confidence.

This Service May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have persistent, recurrent, or unresolved low-back or leg symptoms.

  • Have completed surgery or physical therapy but still need a structured rebuilding plan.

  • Want to return to work, strength training, recreation, or sport with greater confidence.

  • Are willing to learn, track progress, and change the habits contributing to repeated setbacks.

  • Want a detailed assessment and an individualized plan specific to YOUR needs, not another one-size-fits-all exercise program.

This Service May Not Be the Right Fit If You:

  • Are looking for a quick fix or passive treatment.

  • Want someone to “fix” you without active participation.

  • Are unwilling to modify activities, follow a plan, or track progress.

  • Are currently working with several providers using competing treatment strategies.

  • Need emergency, acute medical, or surgical care.

not sure?

Your diagnosis alone does not determine whether this service is appropriate. Your current symptoms, recovery stage, goals, and readiness to participate all matter.
