Who We Help.

Pain to Performance serves three distinct groups: (1) people trying to get control of recurring low-back pain, (2) those who need to build greater capacity after surgery or rehabilitation, and (3) active adults who want to remain strong, durable, and physically capable for the long term.

Pain to Performance works with individuals experiencing persistent low back, buttock, or leg symptoms that have not resolved with time, or following standard conservative care.

Best fit when: pain, recurring flare-ups, or related leg / foot symptoms are still the primary problem.

IDENTIFY & CONTROL

For individuals who have completed physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, or have been cleared to progress.

Best fit when: formal care is complete or nearly complete, but you still need to rebuild strength and endurance to thrive in everyday life.

RESTORE & REBUILD

This is highly specialized fitness coaching for active adults who want to preserve their back, athleticism, and physical capacity across the lifespan.

Best fit when: you are generally doing well and want to keep training, working, recreating, and performing at a high level for years to come.

EXPAND + PRESERVE

Not sure which pathway fits?

Some individuals may see themselves in more than one pathway.

Your starting point is based on your current symptoms, recovery stage, functional capacity, and goals—not simply the diagnosis or label you have been given.
